Liposomal Vitamin C
This is the recipe we recommend if you want to make a homemade liposomal natural vitamin C which is kinder on the stomach.

Ingredients
- 3 x tbs Organic Acerola Cherry
- 1/2 x tbs Organic Acai Berry
- 1/2 x tbs Organic Marqui Berry
- 800mg Chondroitin Sulphate (optional)
- 3 x tbs Sunflower Lecithin
- 16 fl oz Distilled Water
Utensils
- 2 x large glass jugs
- Wooden spoon or stick for stirring the mixture prior to blending
- 16 oz glass container for use in the ultrasonic cleaner
- Blender
- Ultrasonic cleaner
- 2 x 8oz (237ml) clean glass jars with lids
Method
- Combine the cherry and berry powder with 8 ounces of distilled water and mix with a wooden spoon or stick.
- Combine and mix the lecithin powder with 8 ounces of distilled water in a separate container.
- Blend each separately in the blender for about 30 seconds.
- Combine both mixtures together and blend for a further 30 seconds. Add more distilled water if the mixture is too thick.
- Pour the mixture into a large glass container and put into the ultrasonic cleaner for a minimum of 30 minutes in 10 or 15 minute cycles on the zero heat setting to avoid overheating the mixture.
- Decant into clean glass jars with lids. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
- Take on an empty stomach 15 minutes before food.
